Tuality / OHSU Cancer Center

Hillsboro, Oregon 2002

8,560 square feet Phase One

$2.25 million project construction cost

Andersen Construction Company

This joint venture between Tuality Healthcare and Oregon Health Sciences University is the first Phase of a full Radiation/Oncology Center for Tuality Healthcare. Including the first of two linear accelerators, a CT Simulatory, waiting, education and administrative functions. The second Phase will contain the Medical Oncology (chemotherapy) Unit and a second linear accelerator.

The facility is designed to provide state-of-the-art cancer treatment on an outpatient basis to minimize the cost and disruption associated with such treatment. The design meets stringent City of Hillsboro requirements for siting buildings directly adjacent to the street yet maintains the flavor of existing brick buildings in Hillsboro and on the Tuality Campus.
