This medical office and clinic building was designed to accommodate variety of tenants, ranging from small (1,000 square foot) physician’s offices to a radiology clinic and outpatient surgery center occupying two full floors. The clinic was designed to be a mixed-occupancy building and has a two story I occupancy wing as well as a three-story B occupancy wing with a central lobby atrium.
