Steve Schwaeber

Steve joins the team at Petersen Kolberg & Associates with unique 20 years of architectural experience. He shares in the firm’s ideal of personal approach and client service.

Steve offers a depth of varied professional experience that he gained working on unique Projects throughout the Country. His experience extends through all levels of service from design, construction documents, client communication to Construction Administration.  Thru varied project types he has become a formidable resource base of complex details.  He is a leader in new developing software over the years facilitating Speclink and Revit and the latest versions of Autocad. In his spare time he enjoys racing his bike at an elite level in the Northwest region.
