The GSMC Medical Office Building is a 36,000 square foot, three story building built to house doctors’ offices as well as some outpatient hospital functions. The building has a basement level, but the grade and landscaping were uniquely designed to accommodate full size windows along two sides of the lower level through which natural light flow, transforming the interior into an open, inviting space. Although only one wing was built, the POB was designed as a two wing building with the lobby in the center to allow future expansion.
