The Good Shepherd Medical Plaza was a huge addition to the campus and provided opportunities to expand their clinical services. This 36,000 SF, 3-story professional office building is home to a 12,000 SF Women's Center and a shelled ground level and upper floor.

The facility was designed to accommodate further growth for the campus. With covered connections to the hospital, it provides additional space for outpatient offices and departments. $1 Million of the total direct construction cost was spent on site work, including the terraced garden on the west side of the facility, which provides views to nature from all three floors of the building.
