The St. Helens Medical Office Building was developed in partnership with 3S Development for Legacy Health. It provides primary and specialty care, as well as urgent care to the St. Helens community. 

PKA is the building core and shell designer, as well as the site planner. PKA worked closely with the developer and legacy to ensure all aspects of the building's design would meet the budget requirements and provide maximum opportunity for the tenant improvement layout. The project's daylit central waiting space is the central feature of the design.
