In 2011 St. John expanded their campus to incorporate an Outpatient Facility in a new 19,000 SF center. This center was designed to emulate the feeling of historic fronts along the waterways of Longview, Washington. 

The design incorporated LEED principles and requirements early in the design development process, which generates significant life cycle savings back to the client. The Medical Office Building houses 12 family practice physicians, laboratory and blood-drawing stations, x-ray, and procedure rooms. There is room for up to two floors of expansion in the future.
