This 2-story, tilt up medical office building for Adventist Health opened in July of 2014. The facility includes an urgent care center, physical therapy clinic, laboratory services, digital imaging, primary care providers, and occupational medicine. 

PKA was the lead medical planner and TI architect. PKA designed the MA workstations to have direct line of sight to the collaborative shared physician workspace. This allowed for better care team communication and put the exam rooms closer to the patients coming from the waiting room. Providing access to all these services is designed to help patients be proactive in the prevention of disease and utilization of health services.
