The GRH Surgery Expansion project is a key piece of the 2020 GRH Master Plan that PKA put together in order to accommodate future growth and improvement hospital workflow. This expansion includes an addition to the existing hospital, providing five state-of-the-art operating rooms and two procedure rooms, as well an improved PACU, pre-op and post-op patient rooms, central sterile processing, and other associated services. This project utilized an Integrated Project Delivery Team, which included PKA, the Owner, the GC, the consultant team, and major trade partners.
