This project is a tenant improvement comprising of an in vitro fertilization
laboratory and clinical facilities in the Slabtown Center Building for 
Spring Fertility. This location will serve the greater Portland area by providing 
IVF services and oocyte retrieval along side clinical exam rooms and 
administrative spaces. The design aimed to provide not only comfortable and patient-focused facilities, but also a state of the art laboratory with technology that allows for improved live birth rates.

Spring Fertility utilizes a number of techniques for egg retrieval and staff works with patients to plan for which fertility services work best for them. Based on this, the plan includes exam spaces, phlebotomy spaces, consult rooms, procedure spaces, and waiting and sub-waiting, so each space is best geared towards its specific use. Work areas are also divided to allow for team collaboration.
