Providence Progress Ridge is a 14,000 SF Primary Care and OBGYN clinic conveniently located in the Progress Ridge retail center in Beaverton, Oregon. The project had its inception in the winter of 2018, and saw its completion and occupancy in March of 2019. The layout and finishes represent the most current patient experience guidelines from Providence. 

The project is unique in its location relative to other tenants - directly above the clinic is a movie theater. This presented challenges in mitigating low-frequency sound migration to the clinical spaces on the floor below. Atypical of retail spaces, this suite had a 22-foot floor to underside of deck height. PKA and Lease Crutcher Lewis G.C. worked together to create a light-gauge framing system in a cost-effective manner that would effectively serve the space.
