Portland Clinic Northeast aims to be the epicenter of accessible healthcare resources for its local community. The facility consists of clinical services that utilize modern medical planning techniques to better provide patient-focused care spaces and improve staff workflow. 

The Outpatient Clinic is 20,250 SF and serves primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, Lab, and ENT. The building was designed with the "on stage" and "off stage" delivery model of care, which offers flexibility while ensuring patient privacy. SERA Architects led the project with PKA Architects providing medical planning services.
