The Providence Willamette Falls Medical Office Building is an expansion to Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center’s outpatient care capabilities. The two-story 32,600 SF facility is the new home for Northwest Primary Care, Behavioral Health Services, and Physical Therapy.
It is the first major facility expansion for the medical center per their master plan and the first development on the west side of Division Street. The design aims to provide a lot of natural light and access to outdoor spaces, such as plazas and gardens, that surround the building. It was designed in collaboration with LRS Architects.
