Per the master facility plan that PKA developed for Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center (PWF), the keystone expansion to the hospital is the east expansion which was completed in 2023 and added over 35,000 SF of usable space, in addition to significant upgrades to the hospital infrastructure. 

The basement of the expansion houses all new emergency power distribution, boilers, and chillers supporting the hospital. The first floor has been shelled for future surgery support and observation space. The second floor was built out to house the Providence Cancer Institute Oncology Clinic. 

The 14,500 SF Medical Oncology Clinic provides space for infusion with beautiful views to the Oregon Cascades, full service HD and Non-HD compounding pharmacy, as well as clinic space.
