The Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center provides a central location for the Sky Lakes primary care clinics that were previously spread throughout the community of Klamath Falls. At nearly 100,000 SF, the facility offers two floors for primary care clinics, a drop-in clinic, an outpatient lab, and a diagnostic imaging clinic. In addition, Cascades East Family Medicine expanded to fill one floor of the new building after project completion.

The ground floor is dedicated to developing the next generation of medical professionals using simulation spaces and remote classrooms through the collaboration of the OHSU Campus for Rural Health and the OHSU Nursing program at OIT.
