The Trios Southridge Hospital presented many unique challenges for PK, as the project began at master planning and site selection, and included significant financial negotiations for both the state and federal grants. The facility provides critical care, medical and surgical beds, short stay beds, and emergency department, operating rooms, diagnostic imaging, a pharmacy, physician practices, a centralized laboratory, and administrative services.

The project was the third in a three-campus project for Trios Health, and serves as a leading edge facility for both Trios and the Tri-City communities. With 14 ICU beds, 60 Medical/Surgery beds, and an expansion of 250 beds planned, the hospital meets Kennewick's current needs and was designed to accommodate the projected growth of the region.
