This project is a partial interior renovation of the ground floor in the building just across the street from the PKA office. It is a satellite campus building for George Fox University and will host their Advanced Practice Nurse Simulation Center. The space features a large lecture hall which looks into three simulation operating rooms, as well as simulated pre op, LDR, ICU, BH and clinic rooms. As an aside to the interior work, the exterior received a new coat of paint and a redeveloped entrance. The dated vestibule and failing curtain walls were replaced with new storefront and sleek black canopy on both sides of the building.
